Job Description:
IT Systems are looking for Senior IT Technicians to join our existing team. This is a busy roll supporting clients in the Education and SME sectors. We provide end to end ICT infrastructure to clients that includes commissioning their large scale wired and enterprise wireless networks, commissioning of Dell & HP virtualised server infrastructure, the setup and configuration of their Office365 environments and internal resources and of course providing help desk facilities to ensure that users are supported and issues dealt with effectively.
The success candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, be highly organised and be proficient with supporting and configuring Microsoft Servers, they will also hold a third level qualification in an IT related discipline. A rich understanding of computer networks, typologies and all related technologies is essential. Microsoft Professional competencies in Windows Server and Windows Networking and/or Cisco Networking competencies will be a distinct advantage. Fluent written and spoken English is a requirement.

The role is very much hands on and will involve on the job learning and self improvement.
A competitive salary is available to the successful candidates. The role is based in our offices in Killaloe, Co. Clare. As you will be required to travel to clients offices for on-site installations and support calls, from time to time, a company vehicle will be provided for you.
