Product Engineering Director Fiserv is a global provider of financial services technology. Role Overview: The Product Engineering Director is a senior leader, responsible for the product engineering organisation who are building next generation infrastructure automation platforms, commerce platforms and data analytics services. The Director will take over existing software engineering, architecture and DevOps functions and will be responsible for leading the newly formed product engineering department through a phase of growth and expansion. The leader in this role will establish the team vision and roadmap, determining the engineering capabilities required to deliver on our strategic priorities, collaborating across the enterprise to ensure success. The leader will expand the team ensuring we have both the capability and capacity to forecast and deliver against our business and technology demands. They must ensure successful delivery with a high level of customer satisfaction. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications.
