Job Description:
Accord Catholic Marriage Care Service CLG (an agency of the Catholic Church of Ireland) are looking for an office administrator, 10.5 hours per week. The role involves dealing with enquiries from those seeking the services of Accord ad the completion of a range of administration tasks and duties to support the Thurles Centre in the delivery of services.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organisation skills. Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated. Ability to carry out tasks and duties as required by the centre committee. Computer and IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Genuine interest in supporting the professional delivery of our services. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality, empathy and respect for all clients.
