Machine Operator Required
For IPC (Innovative Polymer Compounds)
Duties and Responsibilities: Set-up and operation of Polymer Processing equipment which is dedicated to the Medical Device Industry. Ensure Process and Quality Documentation is filled in correctly. Clean down of Plant and Equipment between batches. Quality Assurance Testing. Packaging. Dispatch. Maintenance where required. Keeping warehouse in order, retrieving materials from warehouse. Production Figures. Work on/Lead improvement projects. Meet Health and Safety Standards. Provide training where necessary. Requirements: Mechanical aptitude. A positive attitude. Problem solving ability. Attention to detail. Tenacity. Enery. Good to have experience and knowledge of Polymer extrusion materials, extrusion processes and tooling. Experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
