Job Description:
We are looking to recruit for our Front Office Team a confident, outgoing person.
Has previous hotel experience.
Must be friendly and welcoming, focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
Ability to work on their own initiative is essential.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have a proactive approach to sales.
Must be flexible with regards to hours shift work and weekend shifts on roster basis.
Must be a team player with the ability to multi task.
Knowledge of HotSoft an advantage.
Duties include:
Dealing with all check-ins and outs in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and to ensure that guests are helped with any information they may require during their stay.
Answering all phone calls in a polite and timely manner.
Being familiar with all of the day’s business including arrivals, departures and meeting room bookings.
Ensuring all cash, billing and float procedures are adhered to at all times.
