Job Description:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage relationships with milk suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders.
Act as advisor and trusted sounding board for farmers.
Devise and implement strategy for farmer relations and communications.
Develop SLAs and ensure all farmer queries are handled within appropriate time-frame.
Provide proactive support to farmers in relation to audit outputs and Quality matters
Manage the Farm advisory, sampling and testing services for all Arrabawn Milk Suppliers.
Manage liquid milk contracts to ensure compliance to standards and regulations.
Manage continuous improvement programmes at Farm level i.e. TCM and chlorates.
Lead and manage internal farmer relations team to fulfil performance expectations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry requirements.
Qualifications, experience and competencies required:
Degree in Agriculture or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strong commercial acumen.
Analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to form, develop and maintain successful working relationships inside and outside of Arrabawn.
Excellent standard of numeracy in order to analyse facts and figures.
