QC/Stability/Validation Analyst

Suir Pharma, Ireland Six Month Fixed Term Contract (with a view to permanency) as a QC/Stability/Validation Analyst with Stada Production Ireland trading as Suir Pharma Ireland. Reporting to: Analytical Facilitator Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities: - Sampling/Analysis of blend samples, intermediates, in-process samples, raw materials, swabs, packaging components and finished product - Raw material, in-process and finished product, stability and validation analysis using wet chemistry and other techniques such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution, KFT, FTIR, NIR autotitrator - Instrument calibration - Reagent and volumetric solution preparation - Filing, real time report writing, accurate demonstration and record maintenance - Assisting in the ordering of laboratory chemicals and standards - Assisting the analytical facilitator in LFI and ATD investigations and report writing - Assisting in the updating of specifications, methods and procedures - Assisting in Health & Safety issues as well as waste disposal - Ensuring the laboratory area is clean, tidy and is inspection ready - Procurement of samples, chemicals, reagents etc. - Involvement in stability testing Person Requirements: - Hold a relevant 3rd level science qualification - Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment - Experience in HPLC and GLP is essential - Working knowledge of cGMP - Strong analytical abilities - Excellent attention to detail - The ability to work unsupervised and also as part of a team are essential attributes required for this role

GRADUATE DESIGN ENGINEER The ideal candidate must have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. This job will involve working with 3D CAD, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Electronics and Hydraulics. Experience in these areas would be beneficial, and the ability to work with a team and to tight deadlines essential. GRADUATE ELECTRONIC/SOFTWARE ENGINEER The ideal candidate must have a relevant Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or similar. This job will offer full training in CAN Bus software design, and the successful candidate will specialise in programming and testing of CAN Bus Control Systems. The ability to work as part of a team is essential. PRODUCTION ENGINEER / MANAGER The ideal candidate must be able to plan, lead, direct and monitor all production and maintenance activities to maximise the use of the organisation’s resources to deliver finished goods and meet established production specifications and schedules, safety and quality standards. Accountable for the efficient execution of production and maintenance plans. Candidates must have a Degree in Production Management and relevant experience. Graduate applications will be accepted. Remuneration Package will be based on qualifications/experience.
