North Tipperary LEADER Partnership is inviting volunteers, would-be entrepreneurs, and the general public to a learning and networking event to inspire community enterprise.
This will take place on Thursday evening June 20th from 7-9pm at LIT Tipperary, Thurles (Registration 6.30pm).
The event will be an opportunity to meet community entrepreneurs from Drombane Community Insulation Scheme, Loughmore Co-operative Shop and Tearooms, Templederry Community Owned Windfarm, and Cloughjordan Community Farm – the first businesses of their kind in Ireland. There will also be a speaker from the new national Communities Creating Jobs Network.
Volunteers with community organisations, social entrepreneurs and local business people are invited to attend.
