Join Niamh Butler in her 1-hour introductory workshop on how our thoughts, emotions and behaviours can impact our mental wellbeing.

Niamh is the Senior Social Worker in the HSE Mental Health Services for Older People based in Nenagh and Thurles, and will use this workshop to highlight ways for older people to mind their mental health. Places are limited so booking is essential.
