Tummy, Bum & Thigh Workout

A 45 min toning class, designed to target the stubborn tummy, bum and thigh areas

Body Pump

A 45 min, high intensity class. The class works the heart and lungs, and works them. Cardiovascular fitness, Muscle toning, Weight loss and motivation.

Aquacise

A 45 min class performed in the water. Involes running, jumping and making dynamic movements against the waters resistance to raise the heart rate.

Aqua Circuits

A high intensity water workout that makes the body work against the waters resistance with minimum impact.

Bootcamp

A 45 min class that works the whole body in a single session.

Opening Hours

Monday to Friday 7am - 10pm

Saturday & Sunday 9am - 9pm

Bank Holidays 9am - 9pm
