Dr. FONTANARAVA hails from Lyon, France and studied Chiropractic in Paris, then received his Masters in Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation in Barcelona, Spain. He's passionate and enthusiastic about providing both pain relief and wellness care to his patients. He likes to focus on the whole person, addressing both spinal and neurological issues, and putting the patient in charge of their own health through rehabilitative exercises and lifestyle changes. After working in clinics in Spain and France, he has decided to move to Ireland to embrace our culture. Quentin worked with professional teams already (rugby, soccer, basketball, swimmers and others athletes).
What's Chiropractic ?
Chiropractic is the reference medicine for back care (lumbago, neuralgia, sciatica, herniated disc ...) and joints (osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis ...). It is defined by the CAI ( Chiropractic Association of Ireland) as "a manual practice aimed at the prevention, diagnosis, treatment of disorders of the musculoskeletal system, the spine, and the lower and upper limbs. their adverse effects on human health ".
It is based on a global conception of the functioning of the organism and the relations existing between the vertebral column, the nervous system and certain health disorders. It takes into account the faculties of recovery of the human body.
