Members please note next upcoming Sunday walk which takes place on October 8th. This will see the club take to the hills of Latteragh for a challenging 5 hour walk, meeting at the earlier time of 10am. Contact Morgan 086 1589599.
Other walks to look forward to are the Great Southern Trail and our memorial walk along the Nenagh River for deceased members.
For the darker evenings, Tuesday walks will be departing from Tesco at 7.30pm with a walk along the bypass just over 9K in length.
Thursday morning walks will finish on the last week in September, but never fear, like the swallows Thursday walks will return once again next Spring. Contact Willie 087 6633577 for more information on these walks which depart from Tesco Nenagh at 10.30am.
Also note that there will be a Special Walking club members meeting on Thursday 5th October 8pm at Hi B to consider club safety issues on the hills.
Non-members are welcome to do 3 walks before joining the club. Membership of the club is €45 which includes membership of Mountaineering Ireland and also covers insurance.
