AONACH AR SIÚL - Nenagh Walking Club
Members please note the following walks over the next few weeks:
The June bank holiday some of the club will be away enjoying the Yorkshire Dales.
Following on from that some of the club will take on the challenge of the Wicklow Way which will cover 15 to 25k each day.
Saturday 6th June Mary Seymour 087 9735164 will lead a B walk approx 3.5hours in the Arra Mountains. Note change in meeting point, now meet at The Lookout at 10.30am. Members note that there will be no Sunday walk that weekend.
Sunday 21st the club will travel to Glenbarrow in the Sliabh Blooms for a 4 hours b walk. Contact for this is Mary Delaney 087 6596204. Unless otherwise notified all sunday walks as usual leave Kenyon street carpark at 11.00.
Please note that all changes to this schedule will be notified by email, website or text.
Our Tuesday evening hills walks continue until the 1st September. Contact for these walks are Paddy Seymour 086 8562444 and Mary Seymour 087 9735164.
June 2nd is the Silvermines departing from Costello's shop at 7.10pm.
June 9th Lanigans Tower departing Arrabawn Co-op (Tyone mills) at 7.10.
June 16th Knockshegowna departing Moyle's garage old Birr Road at 7pm.
June 23rd Tountinna departing just above Spar shop Portroe at 7.10.
June 30th Devils bit departing Arrabawn Co-op (Tyone mills) at 6.45(note earlier time).
