Nenagh Éire Óg Camogie - Club Notes 22/06/2015

Féile na nGael team

Under 8: We travelled to Shannon Rovers on Saturday last for a game and had a wonderful day out. Thanks to our hosts for the match.

Under 12: Best wishes to this team who travel to the Camogie Grounds in The Ragg on Thursday next as they face Clonoulty Rossmore in the county shield final at 8pm.

Under 16: This team play Silvermines in the county semi final on Saturday at 7pm in the Camogie Grounds. The girls would really appreciate your support.

Lotto: We would encourage all our members, players and supporters to play the club lotto online at www.nenagheireog.com. This is a vital fundraiser and all the club benefits from your generosity.

Primary Game: Congratulations to Abbie Sheedy who played for Tipperary in the Primary Game on Sunday last in the Gaelic Grounds.

Féile na nGael: We travelled to Galway on Saturday last to take part in this wonderful competition and had a fantastic day out. We played three matches against Rathnure (Wexford), Murroe Boher (Limerick) and Craughwell (Galway). We defeated Rathnure and just fell short in the other two games. We wish to thank the entire panel of players for the exemplary manor in which they represented the club and to the mentors and parents who travelled to Galway. Their help and support is greatly appreciated by the club. We also want to thank Denise Morris and the committee for kindly sponsoring a set of tops for the panel of players.
