Job Description:
We are looking to recruit for our Front Office Team a confident, outgoing person
Has previous hotel experience-
Must be friendly and welcoming, focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service-
Ability to work on their own initiative is essential -
Must have excellent communication skills-
Must have a proactive approach to sales
Must be flexible with regards to hours shift work and weekend shifts on roster basis -
Must be a team player with the ability to multi task-
Knowledge of HotSoft an advantage-
