Our Client was established in 1992, their spectrum of work includes all aspects of construction including commercial, industrial, and residential and health. They are currently looking for a Health and Safety Officer to join the team in Tipperary for a Hotel fit out project.
Role:
Ensure that all Health and Safety safe operating procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and reviewed, updated and communicated to all employees.
Completion of risk assessments for all work equipment and activities taking place.
Ensure that safety inspections are carried out and issue safety reports weekly
Ensure that all contracts are provided with the relevant statutory health and safety documentation.
Offer advice, as required, regarding health, safety and security issues for specific countries and locations.
Undertake safety awareness audits as required.
Manage all site safety activities and monitor.
Attend weekly safety meetings & look ahead meetings on site.
Safety walk with Client and review findings on site and whiteboard meetings
Toolbox talks- as frequently as needed
