Job Description:
FOOD SAFETY AUDITOR & TRAINER (Full Time) OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: The primary role will be to assist Cater Care Limited to provide Food Safety and Operational Safety support to our clients. This will include training, auditing, report compilation and development of food safety systems. Delivery of Food Safety Training at various levels. Relevant Qualifications include: BSc. Environmental Health or other third level Food Safety Qualification and/or a qualification in Health and Safety. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 Years Auditing and Training Experience is required. Health and Safety Experience would be beneficial. Full Driving Licence is required. LOCATION: Reporting to Head Office in Limerick, the role requires travel nationwide to meet clients' requirements.
