Job Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional operations team in the food ingredients division of Arrabawn. Key responsibilities: -Providing leadership and guidance to the operations team -Development of the operations strategy -Implementation of the operations strategy and business plan -Drive continuous improvement across all elements of the production process -Drive a high performance culture across each division enabling each employee fulfill their potential -Manage engagement with employees and union -Laying the operations foundations for the future -Driving the operations innovation pipeline -Customer / consumer insight - (rapid VOC) -Competitor insight -Identifying and developing new products -Shaping the business strategy of the entire division -Collaboration with suppliers and customers
