Upperchurch/Drombane Development Association is pleased to announce that the hugely popular walking weekend will take place from the 8th to the 10th November (inclusive).
There is a wide range of walks available to suit every level of fitness from the tentative beginner to the experienced climber. The walks vary in length from 6km to 18km and last about one and a half to six hours depending on which one you choose.
The local cycling club will host three cycles during the weekend, ranging in distance from 25km to 75km. All cycles commence outside Upperchurch Community Centre at 12 noon on Sunday 10th November.
Traditional Irish music sessions will be held in local pubs during the weekend where you can relax after an energising day. There will also be classes given in Irish dancing, bushcraft, exhibition of crafts, etc.
