Irish Olympian and two time European Champion, David Gillick, will be running a 5K with The Nenagh Meet & Train Group at Nenagh CBS on Wednesday 14th May at 6.30pm. Participants can then walk back to A Sportsman Dream where David will cook up some of his Healthy Pancakes, as seen on Celebrity Master Chef, and give a Talk on nutrition as well as a Q&A session.
This is a FREE event and all fitnesses levels are welcome. It promises to be a great evening.
