Let’s dance! The United Nations kick off October by celebrating Oct 1st as the UN International Day of Older People. A series of activities run across Ireland celebrating Positive Ageing. In Nenagh, at the Abbey Court Hotel, Martin Grace will be playing music and singing on Wednesday 14th after 14:00
to 17:00 and all are welcome.
The event will start with Fr Bobby Fletcher celebrating Mass at 14:00 at the Abbey Court Hotel. After Mass refreshments will be served and Martin Grace will play.
This is the third year the Positive Ageing Tea Dance has run and the event was very well supported last year. Every adult, no matter what age they are, needs to perspire at least three times a week, so all are welcome for fun and fellowship, and a bit of exercise!
The tea dance is free, and everyone across Nenagh is invited. Sponsorship has been provided by local Tipperary Company Home Instead.
