AAL Advisors will present a ‘Business Healthcheck’ breakfast at Hotel Minella on Tuesday, 17th June from 8am until 9.30am. This event is hosted by Clonmel Chamber however, it is a free event open to members and the public. In light of the Economic Crisis many businesses have been fire-fighting and making reactive changes to how they do business. With six months of the year almost passed isn’t it time that we each took stock of where our businesses are going in 2014? Áine O’Donnell from AAL Advisors has an exciting no-nonsense approach to business. The ability to take a helicopter view of a business from a financial perspective with a focus to drive profitability, is business as usual for the team at AAL Advisors.

The morning will focus on a wide range of topics which all play a major role in your bottom line structure, systems, risk, administration, human resources, business environment, operations and planning. Imagine each of these topics as building blocks, when combined they form your business….is it sound, standing or gentle rocking? If any of these fundamental building blocks is cracked or not fitted correctly your business could come tumbling down. AAL Advisors will demonstrate the flow between all business blocks paying particular attention to the financial impact that each could have on your balance sheet and identifying key ways to ensure a solid foundation for you and your business well into the future.

Speaking ahead of the event Clonmel Chamber CEO, Brian Cleary said “We are delighted to have AAL present this Breakfast Healthcheck and our members are really looking forward to it. The event will give attendees a better insight into what they need to do to drive on the development of their businesses”.
