The Reale family roots in butchering go back to the early part of the last century in Hospital in Co Limerick and that tradition is now faithfully being carried on by the proprietors of the Nenagh store, Simon Reale, his son William and Daughter Sharon. With their decades of accumulated wisdom, the Reale family take all the work out of cooking meat and poultry for their costumers. They offer a huge selection of prepared cuts, including a mouth watering array of marinated choices prepared with the family's own unique recipes.

William has returned to the business after a year's fact finding trip to Australia and has come back with a range of tantalising barbecue and marinade recipes that transforms an ordinary chicken breast or pork chop into something quiet special in terms of taste and satisfaction. For the past twelve years the family have been running another very successful butcher's shop in Murroe, Co Limerick and their quality of service and dedication to servicing the needs of their patrons has stood the test of time. All the beef sold in the store is matured for 21 days to bring out the true taste and tenderness.
