Providing professional support and repairs to homes and businesses across the region, I am a certified computer technician and a Premier Member of CompTIA, the world's largest vendor neutral IT certifying group. I have previously worked with a number of local businesses and non-profit organisations, and I am now running my own business that is committed to making high quality IT support available to everyone. I will call out to any residential or commercial premises in the region, and in the vast majority of cases I am able to make any repairs on site, without ever having to remove your equipment from its normal working environment.
I provide support and repairs for PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers and network devices, including malware removal and anti-virus installation. I provide services both to recover lost data from hard drives, and to wipe data as a layer of privacy security before disposal of a computer or disk drive. Additional services include web design, PC and laptop upgrades, customised PC builds and personalised computer and internet tutorials for clients of all backgrounds and experience levels. I am fully qualified in Training Delivery and Evaluation, as accredited by the Irish Institute of Training and Development.
Finally, I am able to offer an IT and Security Audit service to local businesses. This involves a full and detailed assessment of your business' entire IT domain, from the hardware and the software you are using, down to the fees you are paying for your existing IT support and website hosting services. All clients will receive the findings and recommendations from this audit in a jargon free report. Many of my clients have already been shocked at just how much time and money they can save with a few simple changes.
I do not believe that high quality IT support should come at the expense of clear and reliable communication with clients. My own professional experience has brought me into contact with large numbers of IT professionals that are either unwilling or unable to communicate clearly with their customers. Reversing this trend is a key cornerstone of my company.
